We're very pleased to announce that we have just launched two new features on WhatNextNow Solar: Discover and GO. Together, these two features give you access to powerful analysis and visualization capabilities to better understand your solar energy resource and better manage your investments.

A quick overview of these two new features:

Discover: With more than twenty years of data at your fingertips, the Discover feature enables you to determine the amount of insolation at any location around the world. This powerful yet simple tool is an excellent starting point for getting to know solar energy. A step-by-step flow will take you through energy and financial calculations.

GO: Updated every hour, the GO feature is a powerful tool that test drive solar panels for your home before you buy. Behind the scenes, our sophisticated algorithms downlink data from satellites 36,000 kilometers above the Earth, then crunch the numbers and update our databases, to give you hourly data, allowing you to see how much solar electricity you could produce and how that compares to your electricity consumption. Currently GO is available to users in North America only.

In order to provide you with an excellent user experience we worked hard on a sleek and intuitive user interface. You can also download daily data for your selected location.
