Every year, the Town of Canmore offers a solar rebate program for homeowners and businesses. These rebates help offset the cost of installing a rooftop solar photovoltaic system. As of 2022, the solar incentive is $1,250. If more applications are received than available incentives, the town uses a lottery to determine winning applicants.
